My own health had improved after I had lost a lot of weight and I felt so much better that I began researching what else could keep me feeling so well. The recent performances of those encouraging us to eat large quantities of carbohydrates might be described as Misadventures in la-la- la Land as they stick their fingers in their ears better to ignore the low carb challenge.
